Your first round on the 21 Day Fix (or any program!) can be daunting and somewhat clumsy at first - but you're not alone! It's different and it takes time. Reading your nutrition guide and using it as a consistent reference will really help and before no time you'll be "fluent" in speaking "containers and colors."

Food List & Shopping List
Use this food guide (below) as a shopping list! The foods toward the top of each column are the most desirable to eat. Print a copy out and highlight what you like for a grocery list. Print another out to keep in the kitchen.
How many containers to I get?
Use this quick reference page to keep in mind how many containers you should be eating. If you're at the borderline of a category, round up. Yes, eat more to lose weight. Keep in mind that this quick-start chart varies *slightly* per program, so if you're not doing the Fix, be sure to read your specific guide. For example, in Core de Force, you'll be changing up your food game in Weeks 2 and 3.
