Mark your calendar. February 6th.

I feel a strong urge to support, motivate, encourage and collect with women right now.

I want everyone to feel stronger; to feel comfortable in their own skin. I want everyone to take time for themselves and take care of themselves physically and emotionally. Every. Single. Day.

This February I'm offering a completely free fitness accountability group. You don't have to buy a thing. Nope. You just need to commit to exercising 30 minutes a day and checking in, daily.

It's all done via app.
