The best iPad cover for toddlers

My iPad now belongs to my 1.5-year-old and 3-year-old daughters. Let's be clear here, I didn't give it to them; instead it was sort of an eminent domain-type situation. They just sort of assumed it. There are far more toddler apps installed than adult apps, so I guess there's a basis to their acquisition.

When I first got the iPad, we added a clear transparent sticker-cover to the screen to protect it. It serves its purpose well. As far as covers go, we've been through 3. None of the covers adequately protected the corners of the iPad so obviously at this point in time, all four corners are dented (eek). Clearly we needed a better solution.

I researched and researched and found this.

Enter, the KaysCase KidBox cover.

It's big. And pink. And the foam-like covering fits snugly on the iPad and doesn't obstruct the necessary items like the home button, the camera, the volume button and the charging port thing. If you're looking for something subtle and streamlined -- this is not the case for you. But if you have wee-ones using your iPad -- buy this now.

First, little ones can handle setting it up.

The handle doubles as an easel so the wee ones can watch the iPad like so...

Or, like so...

This position is particularly handy for when the wee ones aren't watching but instead are doing things like puzzles, drawing, coloring, etc.

You'll note that the foam is thick. And the necessary buttons are accessible.

The best part about this? The girls can drop the iPad without me gasping.

This little lady is on the go - I couldn't even get a good shot of her carrying it.

As you can see, my 1.5-year-old has no issues holding on to it.

Bottom line? The KaysCase KidBox cover is awesome. It's lightweight, durable, colorful and fun.

And, here's the best part - the customer service is FANTASTIC.

I ordered the case off of Amazon from the KaysCase store and sent it to an address in the States for someone to deliver to me down here to Cabo. There was a slight misunderstanding and even though the tracking information confirmed it was delivered, my friend couldn't find it and said it didn't show up.

I reported it to Amazon and the sellers contacted me IMMEDIATELY and asked how they could rectify the situation. They actually issued me a refund immediately.

As it turns out, the case was found. I let them know and re-bought the item -- but I was so impressed that they gave me my money back without any issue. Awesome. Fantastic customer service.

I highly suggest this case.
