A cookie a day.

Really, I eat ALL cookies... but these were super-easy and really good.

What do you need?

A box of chocolate cake mix. (I used Duncan Hines devils food.)
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 egg.

Add to greased cookie sheet, bake at 350 for 8-10 mins.
Then, of course, frost with chocolate frosting. (Well, at least frost a few of them... and add sprinkles.)

You're welcome.

  1. Ohhhhh yum. These look heavenly. We're making a trip to Kroger to kick off the long weekend, AND we have dinner guests coming this weekend. I'm thinking I may need to make these for them, and perhaps bake a "practice" batch just for us tonight.

    Thanks for sharing. :)

  2. Y.U.M!!!

I think you just became my BFF...I heart cookies and could seriously live off them. Really.

Now, I'm off to call my husband and have him stop to purchase ingredients.

  3. Those look good. I love that you wrote "My husband is hot" on your sidebar. I agree (without being creepy).

  4. (I wonder how they would taste if you used apple sauce in place of the oil and egg whites instead of a whole egg.... not AS fun, but maybe a healthier version of fun?)
