It appears that the people who own the plaza that houses my office don't know that Christmas is over.
They can turn off the muzack anytime now.
Specifically the dogs barking, "Jingle Bells".
Shoot me.

I didn't understand (and was a little alarmed about) the picture until you wrote the part about dogs barking "Jingle Bells". Now I TOTALLY get it.
