How is it 3 p.m. already?
How?
How in the world is my workday almost over with?
Come to think of it, how in the world am I already 30 and married and a mommy?
It seems like just yesterday I was riding my bike down to the "far away" carry-out in Point Place so that I could "make-my-own-slushie" and add like 30 pumps of blueberry without the lady behind the counter looking.
It seems like just yesterday I was saving up money and licking little CD stickers and pasting them to an order form so that I could join my first mail-order, "music club."
It seems like just yesterday that I learned to drive in the Target parking lot; expertly putting the car in drive instead of reverse. (I still need to apologize to that little Neon I "tapped".)
It seems like just yesterday I pierced my belly button... my tongue... and my nose...
Where does the time go?

As the delectable Truvy says in my favorite splurge-of-a-movie, Steel Magnolias:

I have no idea where the time goes.
T & I are planning on going to the lights before Christmas tonight. I had said, "oh that will be fun we haven't been there in a few years". He said: "nine to be exact Jenn". WHAT? Really? It has been nine years, it doesn't seem like it was nearly that long ago.
And my brothers just turned 20 and 17 this month. WTF? I remember being at the hospital and holding them when they were born and it seems like it wasn't that long ago.
