Change.

I want to chop off all of my hair. (But I know I'll miss my long hair.)
I want to move somewhere. (But I know I'll miss this lifestyle.)
I want to just do something new. (I've got to figure out what that is.)

Maybe I'll just design a new header for my blog. Or get a new blog template.

Move all your furniture around. That always helps my mom and me.

You sound like me. I go through this all the time. I typically either chop my hair all off, then miss it and grow it back, OR dye it the complete opposite color (the stage I'm in now). Moving furniture around always helps relax my need for change though.

I, too, opt for hair changes when I'm in this kind of mood. Your hair grows back quickly -- I say do it! (Or you could go the coloring route -- you already know you look good as a blonde.)

I like the furniture-moving idea. Hm. Maybe I'll do that this week...

Chopping off your hair IS very therapeutic. I'm just sayin'.... :)

Thanks ladies.

My only fear is actually keeping up short hair here. I've yet to meet anyone (here) that does good hair.

The minute I move back to the States, the hair.is.coming.off.

Dri - I already have a file on my computer of short-hair-I-want. :)

Great idea AthenaBee!!! If you do the hair thing...start small, work your way shorter...hair grows but if it shocks you too much you might freak (am I speaking from experience...lol). My stylist gave me this advice after both my babies....it's GOOD advice. She said new moms always want to cut their hair for some reason...xo

Speaking of hair... I grew mine for my wedding (like everyone else does). I thought I would totally chop it right after, but got bangs instead. I really like them.

Might be a less drastic option?

Also, my husband *heehee* really likes my hair long-ish. I guess I'll humor him for a while longer... since I will probably never ever grow it out again because it's so annoying and my hair grows slow & is freakin' curly, which I hate, so I almost always straighten it.

Whew! Rant much? ;)

Anyway, I think your hair is uber cute long. I'm jealous.
