  1. oh, tough one ;) So when exactly does does little Lila actually NEED to sleep in the crib?!?!?!

But seriously, WHY is that vacuum so expensive? And why do I feel like I need one SO bad?

  2. tough choices. I love our dyson, but it was a wedding gift so we didn't have to decide to drop the cash on it. Now, new mattress vs crib? That's my dilemma!

  4. Do you need the vacuum cleaner now? I mean... you do have several months before you need the crib. So if you need a vacuum cleaner pronto, I would say buy the Dyson now and get the crib in a few months. Best of both worlds!

  5. my vote is crib. you've lived a long time without a vacuum cleaner. but then again, is a crib necessary? on another note, this is the FIRST baby, and maybe you'd like to have all the babies sleep in the same crib (if there are subsequent babies to which Lila will be a big sister?), but maybe you don't plan to move the crib when you move from Cabo (IF you ever move away from Cabo?). so many questions...

  9. Amazingly ridiculously priced amounts on both items.

Small note: my kids have teeth marks on their white crib. Which leads me to believe they have eaten the white paint off of it?????? Though mine was from Babies R Us. Maybe the $300 mark means cribs are from naturally white trees and not "paint"???? (kidding....)

  10. Dude, that crib is overpriced. It's a basic Jenny Lind crib (which I love!), but it's from Land of Nod, so they had to double the price. You should shop the CSN baby sites. Free shipping and fantastic customer service. We got Rhys' crib from them after a snafu with another company. I say get this crib and put your savings toward a Dyson (the purple one).

    Sincerely,
    A cheapskate

P.S. You can leave the castors off if you don't like the look of a crib on wheels. (That's what I did.)

P.P.S. Buy plastic teething covers for the crib rails in case you have beavers for children like Quiet Oasis and I do.
