I am craving Philadelphia cream cheese.
And, aside from literally eating it by the spoonful, I'm in need of a recommended recipe for it.

Someone? Anyone?


  1. Mix a packet of dry italian dressing to an 8 oz. tub of soft cream cheese. Spread it on cocktail rye bread and place a cucumber slice on top. Amazing.

    Or just dip crackers into the mix. It's pretty tasty.

  2. no bake cheesecake:

    1 block cream cheese
    1/3 cup sugar
    1 tub cool whip

    mix all together. pour into graham cracker crust. let set about 6 - 8 hours. then eat. it's really good if you use an oreo crust and top cheesecake w/ crushed Heath Bar and carmel sauce. yum.

  4. Would you like to know how disgusting I am? I take a cracker, spread on the Philly cheese and then top it with a heaping spoonful of caviar.

    I am a fan of cream cheese and a can of hormel chili beans with chips....yum! I also like just cream cheese and pickles...maybe put it on a cracker if you have the slices. neither is much of a recipe but very tasty!

    I like to eat cream cheese on pretzels.

    What about the Buffalo Chicken Dip? Are you eating Chicken now?

    What about Salami? Salami rolls with cream cheese is awesome.

  9. Easy Cheese Dip

    1 jar (15 oz.) CHEEZ WHIZ Cheese Dip
    1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese , softened
    1/2 cup sliced green onions

    Mix all ingredients in 1-quart microwavable bowl until well blended.

    Microwave on HIGH 3 to 4 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring every minute.

    Serve warm with tortilla chips or assorted vegetable dippers.

  10. Hot Broccoli and Cheese Dip

    1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
    1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
    1 envelope (1 oz.) ranch salad dressing mix
    1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, well drained
    1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

    Mix cream cheese, sour cream and salad dressing mix with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Stir in broccoli and 1-1/2 cups of the cheddar cheese. Spoon into 9-inch pie plate.

    Bake at 350F for 20 minutes.

    Sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese. Bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheddar cheese is melted. Serve with bread chunks, assorted NABISCO crackers or cut-up vegetables.

  11. Get some of that pepper relish and pour it over the cream cheese log. Eat it with crackers or tortilla chips.


    Just take a roll of sugar cookie dough and bake it in a dish (pie dish or 8x8). Mix together one container of sour cream, one block of philadelphia cream cheese and a package of vanilla pudding and spread over cookie once cool.
    Then just top with fruit!! YUM!!

  12. Mix it with salsa, it's the easiest and best dip ever.
